It is the policy of Andrew Michael (Aspire) Ltd to deliver to our clients, high standards of service which meet the agreed contractual requirements, as is highlighted by the volume of repeat business that we continue to generate through our existing customer base.
Quality improvements, in line with customer requirements, are the key to our successful business. To achieve this, we actively seek to identify areas of quality improvement and to meet customers' future needs. We review the quality management system at the management review meeting which is held annually, ensuring that the management system is improved continually.
We operate a fully integrated Quality, Environmental and Safety systems.
Our Quality, Environmental and Safety Policies have been designed by us for us and as such works to support all the work we undertake and provide reassurance and reliability to our clients. Andrew Michael (Aspire) Ltd, are committed to providing Quality Assurance in the delivery of all our products and services.

The Andrew Michael (Aspire) Ltd policy is to maintain a Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001: 2000 which will apply to: The Design, Management and implementation of Construction, Building and Energy Management projects
Our quality objectives and aims are to:
1. Excel in meeting clients requirements and expectations
2. Offer ‘right first time’ services.
3. Build Andrew Michael (Aspire) Ltd as a superior company in the industry
4. Embed a company culture of quality and continuous improvement
5. Ensure that all staff understand and committed to meeting quality objectives.
6. Services which conform to all contractual and regulatory requirements, and observe recognised good practices.
Our business objective is to provide excellence through a process of continuous improvement in our quality systems. To achieve this objective, Andrew Michael (Aspire) Ltd has developed and maintains a quality system which is applied to the conception, planning, investigation, design, documentation, tender evaluation, procurement and contract administration phases of each and every project.
The quality system is based on the requirements of ISO9001 for Quality Assurance in Design, Development, Production, Installation and Servicing.

- The assurance of quality in all work is practised by all personnel in their daily activities.
- The management team is confident that the knowledge, work skills, continuing professional education and dedication of our staff will contribute to the delivery of quality in the services performed.
- Andrew Michael (Aspire) Ltd monitor work regularly to ensure that Quality objectives are met.
- All safety requirements are met.
- All personnel are required to adhere to the documented procedures referred to in our Quality Manual.
- The company operates to the objectives of ISO standard 9001. Suppliers of goods and services are expected to operate similar systems. Andrew Michael (Aspire) Ltd require defect-free materials and services from suppliers.
- All services that are provided at all sites will meet the requirements of the Quality Manual.
- The Quality Assurance Manager has the responsibility to monitor the implementation, effectiveness and suitability of the Quality Management System, and to ensure quality objectives and targets are met.
- Customer satisfaction will be monitored via customer feedback and the Company's project appraisal forms, the results of which will be presented at the annual Management Review Meeting.
